In Light and Love

Alabaster lilies

And ivory doves

Soft, pale clouds sail above.

Iridescent Moonstones dazzle

White sandy beaches do too-

Where there is something white,

There is always something true.

Winter becomes frosty

And new snow is clean,

Silvery icicles slowly form, long and lean.

A hoary old owl sits alone

And a colourless wolf suddenly begins to bay

Under an opaque moon-

It lights up the milky way.

An immaculate scene lit by a creamy halo

Reflects Love like a crystal unblemished,

Light suddenly finds restitution-

And as a rainbow, finds renewal.
