Wanted: One White Vespa

I have been studying for my motorcycle license for the past three weeks. Normally, all I would need is a week to study and then get my learners license. It’s not hard. However I have found myself picking up and putting down the book as a lingering, nagging feeling of “why” am I really doing this haunts me. Do I really want to drive a motorcycle? Or am I doing it to please my boyfriend? The answer is both yes and no. I am not frightened to drive a motorcycle.

Then it occured to me. What I really want to do with my license is to drive a Vespa.

This realization will not go well with my boyfriend.

Then I laugh. I imagine myself on my Vespa wearing a helmet with hot-rodded out red flames driving behind my boyfriends Harley.

I am going to laugh my face off when I see the horror spread across his face as I paint this picture to him…..

(But what I really want is a white Vespa with a matching white helmet!).

  1. I love the picture of you on a white Vespa, white helmet perched on your head. Go for it. They are so much cooler than a Harley. All of Europe can’t be wrong. A Vespa was one thing on my husband’s bucket list he didn’t get to do.

    Go for it!

  2. Well, I tried yesterday and “bombed” the test for the learners license. I dont know what happened because I really thought I had it wrapped. The test was extremely hard. The questions were mostly scenario’s with tricky word play. Even though I expected some scenario’s to come up, I diden’t expect to see what I saw because my test was filled with them. Talked to the clerk at the desk and she tell’s me that almost everyone fails the first time. UGH!!!
